Convenient hotel, didn't want to leave.
It was in a comfy and ideal location in the middle of jackson. What's more, it was really close to the Waffle House, a nearby restaurant having a New Years eve party and eateries.

Location is great, right off the interstate, and they have a nice dog walking area. The room was comfortable and had vinyl floors, which I liked. Plus, the staff were helpful and friendly . Waffle House is just a short walk away 😊

The staff was accommodating and polite .
Unfortunately, our experience was marred by several frustrations. We were assigned a room on the second floor despite requesting a first-floor room, and it was disappointing to see ample first-floor rooms available the next morning. The pool looked neglected and hadn't been open in ages, giving off a real sense of disrepair. The bathroom toiletries were basic, lacking even the simplest amenities expected at most hotels.
